  • Do I need an appointment for Urgent Care?

    No, we never require an appointment to see a doctor for an urgent care visit. Walk-in patients are always welcome! We pride ourselves on extremely short wait times and fast service when you need urgent medical treatment.

  • Do you offer virtual doctor visits?

    Yes! We offer the unique benefit of virtual care from local physicians. You can schedule a virtual appointment online for many common medical situations and receive the care you need from the comfort of your home.

  • Can I get X-rays and other imaging in your Urgent Care Medical Center?

    Yes, we are fully equipped for X-rays, ultrasounds, heart monitoring, and more! Plus, we have our own on-site lab for fast test results.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    We accept most major insurance plans at our facility, including Medicare and Medicaid. For patients without insurance, we offer cash payment options and membership plans that provide comprehensive coverage for visits and laboratory tests.

  • How can I go about asking questions about prescription refills?

  • How can I access lab results?

    We use Rupa Health for our laboratory processes. You can access your results through either the Rupa Health Dashboard (our preferred method) or the Patient Portal. Rupa will send you an email or SMS when your results are ready, prompting you to set up a password for dashboard access. If you need assistance or encounter issues accessing your lab results, customer support is available 24/7 at (402) 268-1212.

  • Do my labs require fasting?

    To determine if your specific test or panel requires a 12-hour fast, please review the information provided here. If you're uncertain, we recommend contacting our patient care coordinator at (737) 312-2181 for clarification.

  • What is a biomarker?

    Biomarkers in blood tests are indicators that healthcare professionals use to evaluate a patient's health status. These markers can assist in disease detection, treatment monitoring, and predicting health outcomes. For example, cholesterol levels or specific proteins can provide insights into cardiovascular health or inflammation.
  • What is a panel of tests?

    A panel refers to a group of individual tests performed together. For instance, a Female Wellness Panel might include several biomarkers such as calcium, vitamin D, TSH, and hemoglobin A1C.
